Carter has engaged in a rigorous settlement schedule. He has worked on more than 4,000 settled matters where money and/or services have been exchanged to effect resolution. Carter's "old school" mediation philosophy was first formed during training at St. Mary's Law School in 1993. This January the State Bar of South Carolina hired him to speak at their annual convention on avoiding malpractice claims from mediation. While complex multi-party litigation is his expertise, Carter relishes resolution no matter the scope of the dispute.
Mediating parties will have the utmost in privacy and comfort in the Historic Flat Iron Building. Each conference room is self contained, each with a modern restroom and a coffee bar. Beverages, snacks or a hot lunch is provided throughout the mediation.
The Flat Iron Building is one of Fort Worth’s signature landmarks and on the National Register of Historic Places.
Recently both parties to a 4 million dollar settlement asked that Carter serve as trustee over the funds. |
